Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that you receive the best treatment possible. The doors will be locked during business hours to reduce the number of people in the waiting area, so please text or message me directly when you arrive for your appointment. To follow state guidelines please arrive wearing an ear-loop mask. Only the scheduled guest will be allowed in the treatment room until further notice.
If you are running late please contact me directly. I can not guarantee that all of any of your services can be performed if the service is not started at the scheduled time. Please be advised that there may be other guests booked after you.
As a courtesy to other clients, appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Appointments rescheduled or cancelled without a 24 hour notice will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled services. In the event of a no call no show there will be a fee of 100% of the scheduled services that must be paid before scheduling another appointment.
Due to short service times there will be a 7 minute grace period. If you are unable to make your appointment with the grace period you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled services.
Covid 19 Related Policies
Please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling ill or think you have been exposed to any illnesses. Cancellation fees will be void at this time if you are feeling ill. Hand sanitizer will be provided if you should need it. Please do not bring anyone else to your appointment. Do not show up more than 10 minutues before your appointment time.
